The Technician will work in the mouse room to maintain mouse colonies, dissect embryos and perform in situ hybridization. The individual will perform immunofluorescence on cryosections that the person will generate. S/he will also genotype PCR, DNA isolation and RNA isolation.
- BS/BA degree in a related science or equivalent skills or experience required
- Two years of experience working with mice, ideally with mouse embryos preferred
