Freelance researcher needed.  James Publishing is an established and successful 30-year old business that serves attorneys nationwide through print, media, and marketing.  James is starting a new division locating to finding expert witnesses and consultants for attorneys.  We need personable and entrepreneurial researchers to join us.  Work is freelance as new clients retain us.  If there is mutual interest as the division grows, you may be offered a full time position.  Great researchers will be retained irrespective of their desire to become full time employees.     

Researchers must have prior experience at an expert services firm, significant experience in expert research at a large establish law firm, or significant experience performing research for a research library, University or similar institution.  You must have a robust background in research that is not tied to traditional legal research.  This is not a paralegal position, this is a research position.    

We are located in Orange County, California and while we are open to researchers nationwide, we have a preference for those that are local.
