The Graduate Enrollment Manager is responsible for the recruitment and retention of graduate students for various graduate programs in the School of Education. Plan, develop and implement student recruitment activities, solicit the involvement of faculty, staff and students in recruitment activities, coordinate the activities of others assigned to perform duties related to student recruitment. Complete administrative reports on recruitment efforts and results. Represent the School at various college fairs, on-campus recruitment events and meetings. Provide information to prospective students regarding program choice and educational prerequisites, and assist prospective students with the admissions and selection process. Follow and advise continuing students through successful degree completion, provide career counseling, and develop student retention programs. Responsible for managing the continued growth and success of the assigned programs as measured through recruitment and retention reporting. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
