The Office of Business, Hospitality, and Auxiliary Services is seeking a qualified candidate for the open Hospitality Desk Concierge position within the University Club. Conveniently located in the center of campus, The University Club provides Members with exceptional dining experiences, unique events and programming, and personalized fitness training! The University Club is also the premier conference and event venue on campus, playing host to events ranging from meetings and conferences to weddings and celebrations, and more.

The Hospitality Desk Concierge is the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. From a warm welcome to a fond farewell, you will make our members and guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional service to come. Through personalized interactions and the ability to anticipate their needs, you will ensure that every University Club visitor has a truly memorable experience.

Duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to:

• Guest service and engagement
• Member relations
• Marketing and administrative/clerical duties

An associates degree is required and with 2-3 years of related work experience.
