Dentist (dental clinic owner), Denmark

Your main priority will be treating patients, but as a clinic owner, your responsibilities will also be; motivating your employees, decision-making, administration, staying in contact with relevant authorities, looking out for finances. The clinic currently operates with 2–3 rooms, with plans to expand to 4 rooms upon your arrival. There is significant potential for further expansion based on demand and growth. The clinic offers a wide range of general dentistry, including implantology and endodontics as well – these would be among your daily tasks. The team consists of two dentists (including you as the new colleague) and one dental hygienist. The current owner, who runs two chairs and is passionate about implantology, plans to step down from ownership but remain at the clinic, providing you experienced support alongside the continued guidance of your business partners.
