Job Description
NIBR Biologics Center (NBC)-Shanghai was established 4 years ago to discover and engineer novel therapeutic antibody candidates to enrich Novartis’ biologics pipeline. We are seeking an energetic and motivated research investigator to join in our antibody engineering group in Shanghai, China.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
The successful candidate is expected to play a key role in generating, testing bi-specific antibodies and in the optimization of antibody lead molecules.
The candidate is anticipated to have a proven track record of research accomplishment; in depth knowledge and experience in antibody engineering; strong team-working spirit and excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Well-qualified candidate has hands-on experience in design and evaluation of bi-specific antibodies and antibody affinity maturation will be a plus.
This role requires a PhD with post-doctoral training in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or Immunology and a minimum of 4years relevant working experience in antibody drug discovery in industry setting.
