Currently our partnering company based in Belgium is looking for motivated people who want to start or continue their career in Recruitment and Selection of young as well as experienced candidates with a scientific background.

We are especially interested in candidates who are willing to grow in this business and have a scientific background themselves.

This function will start in Belgium, but can be extended to other countries.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a background in the field of action (medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology, chemistry, engineering, physics, finance, …) preferably at master or PhD level.

  • Direct and active network of contacts in the target industries is definitely a plus.

  • Able to discuss with the customer at the appropriate level.

Personality and mentality:

  • Initiative taker and entrepreneur.

  • Curious and always looking for new opportunities.

  • Creative/innovative mind.

  • Business minded.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English, both oral and in writing.

  • Dependent on the assignment: French and/or Dutch, both oral and in writing.

Job specificities:

  • Freelance, self-employed.

  • Location: this position will be home based including customer visits.
